Welcome!

Welcome! My name is Ayden Fetters, I am currently involved in academics and sports at Southwest Baptist University. I am looking to graduate with a degree in sports business in hopes of a career in sports in the near future. While outside of the class room I take on the every day challenge of being a student-athlete. I am involved with the SBU Baseball team and have been playing for SBU since my freshman year (currently a junior). Being a student-athlete can be challenging but certainly not impossible! This blog should be a little insight on what it is like to be a student athlete at the division 2 level.

The Journey and The End

Photo of Southwest Baptist Universities Campus.

Over the course of this class there has been many different discussions and topics about different tactics and tips when creating a marketing campaign. Going over all of the information from the past blog post to this one right now, there has been so many things I have taken away from the articles I have read for every blog post. Being a Business Administration Major, these weeks allowed me to gain information that I can move forward with that will help me in my future career and path in life. Here are some of the main ideas I have taken away:

Takeaways:

1.  There are many platforms and sources to market your business through

  • Over the course of this blog, there have been multiple weeks of conversation that involved a specific app, website, or source that allowed you to create certain ads or campaigns in order to showcase your business. I learned about new ways and types of media that your business can use in order to drive their business views on their ads and their campaigns. One of the biggest learns for me was the use of Google Ad displays. I have seen and identified these ads before but never put a label on them for "google ad displays" and understand that if I was in business that I could create these displays as well. One of the other medias that could be used was Canva. I was drawn to this week because I actually use Canva in my own work and it was interesting to see how other businesses use Canva and how beneficial it can be for those looking to minimize their cost when creating their ads. Starting a business is always an option in my mind for my future, and learning all of these ways of being able to create ads and viewers will be a helpful key.

2.  Maintaining customer satisfaction is a priority
  • Each article I read, a common theme was satisfying customers with their satisfaction. There were many different ways I read that businesses go about maintaining customer satisfaction. One of the main ways businesses do this is through customer surveys and responses. Businesses prioritize their customer satisfactions by reading their feedbacks and comments about certain deals like new products, ads, and promotions. While maintaining customer satisfaction during the process a business can also look to maintain the satisfaction before the product is even released. Businesses review their customers and potential customers to get information on what would satisfy their customers that way when they release their products or campaigns they are already built around the satisfaction of their customers.
3.  Keywords drive success
  • One of the bigger things I learned from the last few weeks of reading is the importance of keywords. I have actually experienced using keywords to find certain businesses when looking for new products. Being on the customer side of keywords, I can say they are super beneficial from a new customer standpoint. When searching for new business, the keywords would help me discover the specific business needs I was looking for. Once I started learning that businesses actually conduct their own keywords, it really opened up my eyes to the importance of discovering the specific keywords that best suite your business. Once you find the keywords for your business, you are able to conduct a strong search engine status to drive more viewers and customers to visit your business.

Me and my best buddy, Jax.

My Future and Reflections:

  • This course has built my business knowledge and has brought a new perspective on my marketing and advertising viewership. Before taking this class I viewed marketing and creating ads as a super extreme task and one that could be hard for those creating their first business. But, after learning more about the opportunities for small businesses to generate their own customizable ads and campaigns, it drew a different outlook on the marketing side of business. My thoughts about ads and ad campaigns have also been changed greatly, with a deeper understanding of how ads and ad campaigns are created through it drives a better understanding of the messages behind each. I also now have a better sense and respect for businesses when they create their new ads and displays. The new knowledge and respect I have gained has drove a new sense of enjoyment when it comes to the business world. I enjoy the works of business and the ins and outs of how businesses run their day to day routines. With the new knowledge of marketing, it has added to my business enjoyment by adding a new level of knowledge and insight.

Conclusion:

  • I have enjoyed the weeks of creating this blog. I wanted to thank you for partaking in reading my blog over the last few weeks. It has been a pleasure to learn more information on marketing and business work while expanding my information on the topics. Thank you for your time!

Now that you are interested in using Google Ads, here are some tips and tricks to using the platform to maximize your results!

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR MAXIMIZING YOUR GOOGLE AD DISPLAYS:

1. Define Your Goals

When creating your Google Ad campaign you must define what your overall goal is to achieve while using google ads and displays. This goal will help you create a strong campaign that is centered around goals, if you do not set goals for your campaign then you are not able to fully track the success of the campaign. Setting goals for the campaign allows you to track your success throughout the campaign by reaching each goal put in place. Setting the goals also allows your business to continuously chase a goal/milestone. With the goals selected for your campaign, you can select strong ads and promotions geared towards reaching the goals you have put into place.

2. Choose Set Keywords for your Ads

When building your campaign, you will want to set specific keywords that will relate to your ads and business. A keyword is a relative words that can be tied to your product within a specific search, an example would be "shoes" being tied to Nike's website when searching for new shoes. When creating your ads, you want to evaluate and choose keywords that will best suite your campaign and drive the most searches. Keywords can help customers come upon your site when they are searching for products relative to your product, this can drive more viewers to your ads and campaigns by accident when they are not specifically searching for your business. The keywords can also generate your ads to be shown on certain categories of videos on YouTube. Someone could be watching a sports video on YouTube and receive an ad for your sports business based on your keywords of your ads.

3. Select a Campaign that Suites your Goals

There are different campaigns that you could choose from when creating your business campaign. The campaign your business chooses should be the one that will best reach your goals set by the business. There are different types of campaigns that you can choose, these choices being, search campaigns, shopping campaigns, display campaigns, video campaigns, or universal app campaigns. Search campaigns are mostly for getting your customers to know your product, usually only cost when there is a click on the ad. Shopping campaigns show your products in the biggest online marketplace, you only pay when buyers click to go to your page. Display campaigns are advertised on the Google Display Network and promote your ads on many things like Google news pages, YouTube, and blogs. Video campaigns get potential customers on YouTube, you only pay when someone watches your ads for at least 30 seconds or click on the ad. Universal App campaigns are mainly made for IOS apps or androids in the google play store.

My Experience with Google Ads:

I have ran across these google ads while using different websites or apps. With that being said, I have visited many new sites off of a Google Ad, when they have been engaging or interesting looking I have visited them. This shows that Google Ads do work and can be effective in finding new customers at a broad range. Especially on YouTube, I have found out about many new sites based on the ads I have seen while using YouTube. With the ads being based around the keywords used in the ad, I get a lot of ads tied to my interest because they are tied with different searches or videos I am watching. This is why it is important for businesses to define their target markets and keywords when creating their advertising campaign through Google. If the business does not define their target market very well then they could spend a lot of money and time trying to fix their campaign later on.

Successful Tips to using Google Business Profile to Build your Business!

What is a Google Business Profile?

A Google business profile is a free tool sponsored by Google that allows businesses to manage their online presence across Google platforms like Google Maps, Google Search, and Google platforms. Businesses are able to setup an essential profile that will be attached to the business when being searched for online. When searching for a business Google will allow businesses to create a profile that appears when the business is searched for. This profile could contain specific information like business location, address for location, phone numbers to contact the business, and even a brief description of the business to inform first time viewers. Along with the business information, a business can have their reviews as a main point of focus on their business profile. Reviews gives an upfront reaction from actual customers of the business itself.

An example of what a Google Business Profile looks like. Picture from Infront Webworks

Keys to building a great business profile as a Business User:

1. Create a Strong, Engaging Business Description

  • When a new customer is researching your business, they want an engaging description that really sticks with them and leaves an impression on their memory. Being a customer myself, whenever I come upon a business I have never seen before, I look too read a little description that gives a good in depth idea of what the business entails. Creating an engaging business description is the first step in keeping a new customer engaged and coming to your business. Make sure that when building the description you include what may separate you from other businesses in your field while including what makes your business unique. While creating the unique description you may look to add your most popular items your business has to offer, these products could lead to a customer engagement by keeping them intrigued.
2.  Include Strategic Keywords

  • When creating a business profile, you should look to use common keywords within your profile. These keywords are known as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Keywords, or else words that are commonly used when searching for specific businesses. An example of this could be when you look up "shoes" that Nike's website could come up. This is obtained by Nike filling their website with many keywords related to shoes. This idea can be transitioned into a business profile by maximizing your businesses profile by including keywords that may support your businesses products. The keywords allow for you business profile to appear when someone is searching for topics relative to your business. If you are searching for "fast food" around your area, you would want the first few searches to pop up as fast food restaurants, not sit down restaurants. Maximize your keywords by adding words that might associate with your business to ensure you get the most out of your business profile.
3.  Set up Direct Messaging

  • Setting up direct messaging on your business profile allows you to direct answer questions and concerns revolving your business. This allows customers to speak directly to your business when they have questions or concerns while allowing your business to directly respond to the customer. This allows business to control the responses to specific questions, answering how they intend to answer them. This also creates a relationship between customer and business. When a customer sees that they are able to take their questions and comments straight to the business itself, it opens up a relationship flow allowing the users to speak directly to the business. With a personal relationship between customer and business, it makes for the customers to want to come back and partake in more spending for the business because of the strong relationship they have built. This builds brand loyalty for the customers.

My Experience:

  • I did not know that businesses create their business profiles themselves. I thought it was a product of Google that they setup the profiles based on geographic location. After learning that businesses build their own profiles, it changed my perspective. I have looked at these business profiles may times, especially when it comes to restaurants. As a customer, when I am looking for new places to eat I will search up a specific style of food and these business profiles will come up for me to research. I will say the business description does play a key role in if I want to eat at the place. If the description does not sound too appealing or unique it usually does not draw me to want to eat there.

Search Engine Optimization Tips and Tricks for Marketing

Picture from: Digitalspot Academy website

Introduction:

For those who do not know what a search engine optimization is, its a the process of improving your site to increase its visibility for relevant searches. The better visibility your pages have in search results, the more likely you are to get attention and attract none customers and existing customers to your business. An example of this could be that Nike allows their website to be found by the search of "shoes" when someone is googling a search to find shoes. Nike generates more traffic way by using "shoes" as a potential search word that is linked to their website. Businesses can market to customers by optimizing their website to generate a better search engine optimization in order to drive website traffic. An increase in website traffic can result in more customers and drive revenue. Search engine optimization can be a simple way to market to customers without having to overdraw funds in order to reach customers in the market. If a business can effectively make their website easier to find it can be a source of marketing where limited resources are spent in order to reach a profitable outcome.

Tricks to Maximize your Search Engine Optimization as a Business:

1. Analyze what your competitor is doing

The way you can analyze your competitors search optimization is to do a competitive analysis on their website. You can do this analysis by looking for the common words found within the website. The common words will lead to the search engines ability to find the website when you are searching for a specific word. To find the competitors key words you can use a website called Ahrefs Site Explorer. This website takes any website you put the link of in and looks up the most common words found on the website. From here you can identify what other competitors use to generate website views. If you are able to take what your competitor is doing and then add your own spin on top of that, you will be able to create an effective search engine optimization that is competitive.

2. Use Low-Difficulty wording to drive traffic easier

When creating your business site, make sure to use keywords that are quick and easy to search. With search words, people want quick and easy words or phrases to use to find their specific site for their needs. As a business, if you use complex words you may not get many viewers on your site due to the complexity of the words used to generate your site.

3. Repost old content to remain relevant on the search list

When posting content to your cite you will have to repost your content later on. You could be on top of the search engine when you first post your content, but after time other content will be posted and may push your content further down the search list. If you are falling further down the list then you will not generate as much website traffic as before. This calls for you to repost your content after time has past in order to keep it fresh and on top of relative content when on the search menu.

4. Create click worthy search results

When someone searches for your business through keywords, you should make your website identification to be catchy and something that will intrigue a viewer to click. If you do not have an intriguing search tag, then you may miss out on people viewing your site. As a business you must make a first impression, when someone is researching looking for a product they must be drawn to your site and willing to click. Without a willingness to click your site link, you'll never generate good website traffic. Your website must make a good first impression by looking appealing and worth being clicked on.

5. Create featured snippets to build website traffic quickly

Sometimes when looking up a definition or term, you are found with a "featured" website post that will give you an answer without having to search in-depth to find the answer. These featured post can be called a featured snippet, or also known as a small piece of your website that is advertised when someone searches a key search or phrase. These snippets can be an easy way to be the first option of websites when being searched. If you are able to create basic snippets that are appealing to a customer, they may click on your featured snippet without even having to research deeper down the page to find their answer. An example is below of what a featured snippet looks like:

Importance of Email Marketing for Businesses!

In an era where the internet rules the day, email marketing remains a vital tool for companies looking to effectively engage their audience. Because of its unmatched reach, cost-effectiveness, and ability to customize messages for certain audiences, email marketing has become a vital component of modern advertising tactics. It is impossible to exaggerate the value of email marketing for organizations, from generating leads to keeping customers. I wanted to look into helpful tips and tricks for email marketing to better assess knowledgable information about marketing. I came by an article called "15 Impactful Email Marketing Campaigns for your Small Business" by MyPocketMarketing.com. Here, I found some helpful ideas on email marketing to share with you guys!

Tips for Email Marketing:

1.  Use a "Welcome Drip".

A welcome drip is an email that you receive when you first sign up for an email service. This drip service allows for your business to offer a warm welcome to someone who signs up for your business emails. A warm welcome can be a customized message that is automatically sent to your new customer to make them feel welcomed into your business realm. Also being a customer of certain email services, a welcome email also confirms that you properly signed up for a businesses updates. It is nice as a customer to sign up for a companies updates and information and checking your email to confirm that the email setup worked properly and that it confirms you will be receiving updates about the business later on.

2.  Offers and Rewards

Email marketing can be an effective way to promote new offers and reward programs to existing customers. The article I read stated that email marketing has the highest rate of return from customers on product purchases. Emails can allow for your business to showcase any new offers or rewards you're offering for customers effectively by sending it directly to the source (the customer).  Emailing can work as an effective advertising system to know that your customers are directly receiving updates and information about your products. It can also allow you to offer special deals for the customers who are specifically signed up for your rewards emails and updates. These emails can create another sense of customer relationship.

3. Holidays and Greetings

With an email service you can use it to create better public relations with customers by sending out personalized messages during the holidays to make customers feel supported. Some customers may not receive holiday greetings from many people and so an email service allows for businesses to potentially make their customers day by sending out greetings for the holidays. The holidays can be a lonely time for some and so this can be a chance for business to reach out to customers and make them feel loved for their support they bring to the business all the time.

4. When is it time to email?

As a business trying to reach your customer, you must consider the best times of the day to send emails for them to be the most effective. According to the article, the best time of day for a business to send an email is during morning hours. It is shown that morning times generate a high volume of clicks compared to later in the day. But, the article also says it can vary depending on the type of market you are in for your customers. The sending schedule is also not completely the same everyday. Just because Monday at 10 a.m. works, does not mean it will work at the same time on Tuesday. As a business you can mess around and do test emails to see what days and times work best for you and your company. All businesses are not the same.

5. Send Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to Customers.

Customers may have questions about your business, especially when they first join your email system. Sending a FAQ list can inform your customer on some questions that they may have without sending another email to the business itself. The FAQs list can eliminate a step between a customer joining the email system and then needing to send an email to your business asking questions. The FAQs list acts an information pamphlet that covers frequently asked questions people have to make the introduction process more smoothly for the business itself and a business.

This is an example of what a FAQ list might look like for a business.

Chipotle's Social Media Excellence?

Image provided by CNBC

For those who don't know, Chipotle is considered a fast food styled Mexican restaurant. Built similar to the style of Subway, Chipotle acts as a "create your own" meal styled restaurant. Chipotle was founded in 1993 in Denver, Colorado by Steve Ellis. With Chipotle being around for so long they would need to find a way to continuously compete with the food industry. Chipotle does use the typical billboard ads and flyer styled advertising in cities they are located, but Chipotle looked to improve their marketing to a new level.

Chipotle Improves Marketing:

With the world rapidly evolving through technology and social media use, Chipotle looked to better advertise to their markets. With that being said, Chipotle was one of the first companies ever to take their advertising to the new app of the time, TikTok. Chipotle made their first initial move to TikTok through a hashtag campaign titled "#ChipotleLidFlip". This new hashtag campaign drove a massive influx in viewership and attention to the younger generations. The video attached to the new hashtag that Chipotle posted generated over 240 million views. But, Chipotle did not stop there, they went on to post another hashtag trend titled "#GuacDance". Guac dance blew Chipotles first hashtag out of the water by generating a whopping 430 million views in only six days of being released.

Chipotle created a new type of advertising by their campaign on TikTok. TikTok allowed Chipotle to allow their customers to have a fun and creative way of partaking in social media trends tied to their favorite food place while also creating advertising to those who were not familiar with their brand. Not only did Chipotle run an ad campaign but it also allowed for good personal relations and brand image building along the way. With Chipotle being the first business to really take their ads and marketing to TikTok it changed the course of social media marketing for all businesses. Chipotle took social media marketing by storm by generating a digital sales growth of 88%, and a sales increase of 14.8% (up to 1.2 billion dollar increase) all from their original Tiktok increase.

With the business boom from Tiktok it moved Chipotle to have more emphasis on their social media presence crossed other platforms as well. Chipotle utilizes Instagram really well to generate marketing ads as well as brand imaging. Chipotle has 1.2 million followers on Instagram and generates one post a day. On Instagram Chipotle post funny, relatable pictures/videos that highlights their food and business while allowing followers to comment their opinions and feel incorporated with the business. EXAMPLE:
Image acquired from Chipotle's Instagram

The instagram post that Chipotle puts out allows for an effective way to push ad campaigns while also allowing for them to show their brand/beliefs. Reading an article by Alicia Kelso titled "How Chipotle keeps pace with ‘cultural shifts’ for its social media campaigns" she notes having an interview with the social media director for Chipotle. In the interview the social media director, Candice Beck, states that "We highly value shares, understanding that for a share, the content resonated with someone so much so that they told another person about it," this shows the social media dedication that Chipotle looks to utilize when posting on their accounts.

Opinion on Social Media Usage:

Reading the article about Chipotle utilizing Tiktok, and being one of the first, drew me by surprising because I would not expect a food business styled like Chipotle to be the first ads around the app. But, after reading the type of campaigns Chipotle was doing, I actually remembered seeing these ads when they first came out. The ads and hashtags were super memorable and everyone was utilizing them in their post. This allowed Chipotle to generate a TON of marketing and ad viewership without spending loads of money on commercials and advertisements.

I actually follow Chipotle on my social media accounts, being a fan of their food I like to see any updates of foods or new items being released. I find my information and updates coming a lot more from social media post of different companies more times that I see from commercials or ads outside social media. Anytime I see a "discount ad" or "new product ad" I also send it to friends and family to show them the information incase they don't see it. Social media allows for a mass send out and a "word of mouth" communication advertisement. I believe as a brand it is super beneficial to utilize social media to drive customer retention and involvement to generate more views and brand likeness/image.

Tips and Tricks for Businesses on Social Media + MY OPINION!!!

Introduction: Just to clarify to those reading, social media is considered by the dictionary as "websites and applications that enable users to share and create content or participate in social networking".  Many of us are familiar with different kinds of social media ranging from Facebook, Instagram, X, and many more but how can these platforms help a business grow? I just recently watched a video called "How to grow your brand on social media in 2024" by WRLDINVSN Network and will discuss some of the things I learned.

Notes of the video:

1. "Do not chase the rabbit"

In the video above, the speaker, Jaleel. C speaks on how many people will try to chase multiple different platforms to make their business known. WRLDINVSN mentions that you should focus on one specific platform to begin your business to create a foundation to grow your business. Not only can focusing on one platform to start help focus all your post, but it can also save time and money on production. Instead of paying someone to focus on many platforms at once, as a business you can focus on one platform to create a strong foundation before you grow too many platforms.

2. Discover the specific "Geographical territory" of each social media platform

From a business perspective you must understand the aspects of the social media platform you are using. One post on Tik Tok may not do as good if you post the same thing on Instagram. The platforms each have their own "personality" and different kind of fans for that platform. From a business side you can not assume one post will do great on each platform, you must be creative and generate different ideas to be optimize your social media platforms. Optimizing each platform to its maximized output can allow you to grow your business faster, and more effectively.

3. Continue to impose passion into your work
This one is mainly for smaller businesses looking to take off through social media. Jaleel. C spoke about waking up everyday and empowering an energy into your work to make it apart of you. Making your business post apart of you shows you and idea of who runs the business and the people that may work for the business. Showing personality in your social media post allows people to connect with you and your content sticks with them because it is more casual than business styled post. Building a social media presence also takes time and effort. You must post daily/consistently in order to grow your platform to reach more audiences.

Thoughts?

I think social media is a great tool for businesses to use in order to grow their audiences and product purchases. I currently use many of the top social media platforms daily and so does my friends and family. My parents even use social media on the daily to view different post and information. Now what does any of that have to do with business? Target markets. I believe with the growth of social media usage for all different ages it allows for many target markets to be reached by the businesses when advertising. Different target markets also use different social media platforms, this means that businesses can choose a social media platform to base their advertising on based off of their target market. My parents use Facebook way more than I do on a daily basis, this can be an example of how businesses might use Facebook to target to older generations.

Being a user of social media I actually do follow businesses that I buy products from regularly. I like to use social media to find out news on the business based off of their social media post. An example would be that I follow Nike on instagram. I regularly see post from Nike, they use the instagram platform to make many different kinds of post. They use the platform to promote their signed athletes, show off new products, and to announce any deals on their website. I find this method from Nike effective because I find out about their sales and new products from their instagram post. From there I visit their website to check out the new sales and discounts.

Another benefit of being on social media as a business is that your post can be shared with anyone at any time. If you are a public account your post can be sent to anyone on the app at anytime. Now how does that help?  This allows businesses to receive many different views and recognition from people who may not even follow the business itself. Being able to send post to friends and family allows the business to receive a "word of mouth" type of advertising without having to spend a lot of time and resources on marketing to try and reach more people. It can be as simple as someone thinking your new product is super cool and they then send the post to their friend to show how cool it is. That is already one new view on your post and you did not have to do extra work to achieve it.

Social media itself is free to use as is. This can eliminate businesses from having to spend large amounts of money on marketing and advertising campaigns when they can use a strong social media presence to build their message. Social media allows businesses to control a narrative as well; within a business there will always be some slip up whether its employee misconduct, faulty production, delayed shipping, etc. A strong social media presence can allow for companies to make comments on any mistakes they have made by announcing an apology or update to their followers letting them know what is going on. Letting their followers know what is wrong or even showing an apology can help build another level of trust within the business to customer relationship. I have seen companies take advantage of their social media presence when it comes to public relations. Any time there's a major event like school shootings, large deaths, or tragic events many companies will take to social media to post their condolences to the people involved. This shows that social media can help companies reach out to other people to show their condolences and build a public relation within their businesses social media account. Better public relations leads to a strong market presence and higher customer return rate.

Thank you for reading, hope you can take some new information away from this!

Does Canva and Blogging Benefit Business Marketing?

Introduction: Utilizing advanced tools and platforms is essential to businesses looking to improve their marketing strategies and engage their target audience in today's digitally-driven market.  Combining the art of blogging with Canva, a flexible visual design platform, is one effective pair.  Businesses can create visually appealing content that connects with their audience, stimulates interaction, and ultimately increases brand recognition and profitability by utilizing Canva's creative tools and blogging's wide readership. In a continuously shifting digital landscape, this combination allows businesses to showcase their goods and services, effectively communicate their message, and build a strong online presence.

The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Content Marketing [2024]

After researching through different websites on if blogging was beneficial to a businesses marketing team, I came by an article written by Amanda Hetler titled "8 reasons why blogs are important to business". Amanda stated some very keen ideas on why businesses should value using blogs to their advantage when it comes to marketing. Below are some of the ideas I generated from the cite.

1. Blogs increase incoming traffic onto a business.

Now what does this mean?  Many people enjoy reading, when it comes to reading they may find interest in other peoples words on certain topics. Those who enjoy to read may take interest in looking in other peoples blogs to form an idea on a certain topic. These readers can be a specified area for businesses to target when increasing their audience pool.

        2. Blogs build trust between the business and their customers.

Blog material is an effective way for businesses to demonstrate their knowledge and give their audience something of value. Through the delivery of educational  articles, training manuals, and instructional content, companies can exhibit their field of expertise. Also, blogs are essential for responding to frequent questions and concerns from customers and building trust. Businesses can effectively build trust and loyalty among their audience by using supportive language, and personalized content. The result will ultimately improve customer retention and reinforce the company's brand image.

        3. Blogs can allow businesses to expand and build the knowledge of their customers

Customers want solutions to their problems and value information. Companies can use blogs to show readers the right path to success, allowing them to get answers from the comfort of their own homes. Businesses must provide credible information, engage readers, and exhibit their expertise through a variety of system protocols. Responding to comments from readers builds trust because blog posts may be searched for later, assisting readers in the future with any arising issues.

Through my experiences with businesses and any issues revolving a product a business creates, I would have loved to have a direct source of information straight from the business itself. A place where I can go an ask questions and even find questions answered by other users of the product to help resolve any issues. In my opinion a blog can help speed up the customer service process by allowing a public back and forth channel between customer and business, no more needs for long phone calls or long wait times for someone to answer your questions.
