After researching through different websites on if blogging was beneficial to a businesses marketing team, I came by an article written by Amanda Hetler titled "8 reasons why blogs are important to business". Amanda stated some very keen ideas on why businesses should value using blogs to their advantage when it comes to marketing. Below are some of the ideas I generated from the cite.
1. Blogs increase incoming traffic onto a business.
Now what does this mean? Many people enjoy reading, when it comes to reading they may find interest in other peoples words on certain topics. Those who enjoy to read may take interest in looking in other peoples blogs to form an idea on a certain topic. These readers can be a specified area for businesses to target when increasing their audience pool.
2. Blogs build trust between the business and their customers.
Blog material is an effective way for businesses to demonstrate their knowledge and give their audience something of value. Through the delivery of educational articles, training manuals, and instructional content, companies can exhibit their field of expertise. Also, blogs are essential for responding to frequent questions and concerns from customers and building trust. Businesses can effectively build trust and loyalty among their audience by using supportive language, and personalized content. The result will ultimately improve customer retention and reinforce the company's brand image.
3. Blogs can allow businesses to expand and build the knowledge of their customers
Customers want solutions to their problems and value information. Companies can use blogs to show readers the right path to success, allowing them to get answers from the comfort of their own homes. Businesses must provide credible information, engage readers, and exhibit their expertise through a variety of system protocols. Responding to comments from readers builds trust because blog posts may be searched for later, assisting readers in the future with any arising issues.

Through my experiences with businesses and any issues revolving a product a business creates, I would have loved to have a direct source of information straight from the business itself. A place where I can go an ask questions and even find questions answered by other users of the product to help resolve any issues. In my opinion a blog can help speed up the customer service process by allowing a public back and forth channel between customer and business, no more needs for long phone calls or long wait times for someone to answer your questions. Thoughts on Canva?
Canva is an important instrument for a majority of businesses. It is an easy to use, has a large selection of themes, is inexpensive and adaptable, and can help in marketing for businesses. It's also excellent for creating visual material for social media and offers analytics tools that lets companies analyze how well their creations are performing. Businesses may save time and money by using Canva to produce professional-looking designs without having previous design experience. I currently work for a place in Springfield, Missouri called Camp Bow Wow, here we actually use Canva to create our social media post to boost customer attention. I find Canva very easy to use and pretty straight forward on how to use it. I looked into a website to see some benefits of Canva for business and I came by a website produced by LinkedIN titled "7 Reasons Why "CANVA" is an Essential Tool for Most Businesses".
Canvas Benefits to Business:
1. Easy to use
Canva is so easy to use is one of its most significant advantages. People without any design knowledge can develop designs quickly and effortlessly with the platform's easy-to-use interface. It enables customers to produce designs that seem professional without needing to engage a professional designer, it is perfect for businesses of all sizes.
2. Affordable
Canva offers an affordable option to companies of any size. Users can access a limited amount of templates and create basic designs with the platform's free version. Canva also provides a premium edition with more templates, design components, and capabilities for companies that want advanced capabilities. Having an affordable option for businesses makes marketing very effective and easy to do.
3. Analytics
Canva provides a variety of analytics tools that let companies monitor how well their designs are performing. Metrics like views, likes, shares, and more are included in this. This enables companies to determine which designs are effective and which ones require improvement.
You bring up some really good points about using Canva and blogging for marketing. I like how you discussed both tools in this blog post. The most interesting one to me was your point about analytics on Canva. I didn't realize Canva had an analytics feature for tracking how well your content does on social media sites. It sounds super useful for marketing! One suggestion I have for your blog is to improve its visual design. The blog post is very thin and long, and the images you included are way wider than the blog post itself. Perhaps you could try making it so you have to click on the post to take you to a page with the full post. That way you can make the post wider without the sidebars being in the way. Overall, nice job Ayden!
ReplyDeleteHello Ayden. I really enjoyed reading about Canva and how it can be helpful for marketing strategies. The information that you present on your blog was very helpful on Canva, and it explained why Canva is as popular as it is. The ease of use that Canva provides is important, and I can testify from personal experience that Canva is very easy to use. While I have never used it, the ability to use the analytics tool is very helpful for knowing what customers respond best to, and I definitely am more likely to use it now after reading your blog about it. All in all, you did a very good job, and it was an interesting read.
ReplyDeleteHello Ayden, great job in your discussion with how Canva can be helpful when being in the marketing or blogging realm. Canva is easy to use, it is affordable and the analystics allow you to see how well your post is doing. Knowing your costumers or target audience, allows you to know what they are interested in or what will sell/be successful. I appreciated your section about how blogging can build trust between you and your customer. This can also go into being ethical when blogging (Goodwill, Competency, and Integrity). Always being truthful and having the best in mind for your customers allows you to be successful not only with customers, but it honors the Lord. Great job on your discussion.
ReplyDeleteGood Afternoon, I enjoyed reading your post. I thought it was well put together and flowed well. The part that caught my attention was the paragraph on how businesses can gain a better understanding of there customers. I think in this day of technology and mega corporations the more a business can relate and understand its customers on a basic relationship. level the better they will do in the long run. I am excited to read more about what you have to say during the semester.
